Beach of San Montano

San Montano is near Lacco Ameno and is known as the most "tropical" beach on Ischia. Wide stands of soft sand in a crescent-shaped bay surrounded by vegetation give it an exotic feel. Crystal-clear, calm water adds to its appeal.

There are establishments that provide umbrellas and lounge chairs, along with snack bars and restaurants. There is a free beach here, as well. Lush plants and nearby hot springs are nice, too. It is easily accessible by bus or car, and there is a parking lot available.
