Barlotti is an historic mozzarella producer in the shadow of the temples of Paestum. The family business has been established here since the early 1900s, hand-forming the luscious cheese according to tradition. It is located between the archeological site and the sandy beaches of Paestum. You can visit and see how the cheese is made, and then taste the delicacies. In additional to mozzarella, they also make scamorza and ricotta cheese, but also delectable gelato, yogurt, cakes and butter from buffalo milk, too.
