Anglican Church of Taormina

A stone church in a panoramic position, San Giorgio Anglican Church is a pretty stop. It was built in 1922 by Sir Edward to serve the British community, as a place of worship and cultural activities. It still has an active congregation and demonstrates the history and diversity of Sicily.

It is on a piazza with a breathtaking view, worth a stop just to see that! The Greco-Romanesque style blends well with the local architecture while the garden is a well tended green space.
