Perfect space for families

August 2025 - This place was so perfect!

Plenty of space for our 2 families, and beautiful yard and pool!

Great stay

August 2025 - We had a great stay. We stayed with our two grown up children and their very small children and we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

The Villa is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped - it literally has everything you need! The best part about this Villa is the wonderful terrace which has superb views across the hills and it’s a wonderful spot for evening drinks, dinner and BBQs.

Also fabulous is the beautifully and thoughtfully equipped swimming pool, which has everything you need including poolside toilet, shower and fridge. Paolo [the owner] maintains the pool brilliantly and the surrounding gardens are so pretty with some good space for children to play.

The family live below the villa, but they don’t intrude at all, and they are always on hand to help and advise. Paolo is a fabulous and very helpful host.

The villa has some steep stone stairs (in photos), but weren’t a problem for us. The village has no amenities, apart from one great restaurant- recommend!

Relaxing family holiday experience

July 2025 - It was a very relaxing holiday with the whole family.

In a quiet location, where a lot is quickly accessible by car, like the sea or big cities.

We all felt very at home and also safe in this beautiful house, as well as the pool, which we enjoyed!!

Communication with Paolo [the owner] was top-notch, everything was great and our wishes fulfilled!

Fantastic stay with an amazing host

June 2025 - I hate to give such a fantastic review because then we’ll never be able to make a reservation!

However, this place is heaven and Paolo [the owner] was the ultimate host!

We loved the location, we loved the home, we loved the pool and grounds and especially the host!

I would give more stars if it was possible.

Perfect villa for family celebrations

August 2024 - We went with family and friends for a special birthday which was at the same time as the Ferragosto celebrations. We got to see a parade, bonfire and fireworks from the roof deck.

The villa location is perfect for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Barga, Pietrasanta, and many other small beautiful towns. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after our excursions.

The AC made the house cool and comfy. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the deck. And there was plenty of room for all of us at the dinner table.

The recommendations Paolo [the owner] gave for the cooking class and dinner in the vineyard were perfect and we have unforgettable memories. It was a dream vacation. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place for family gatherings

August 2024 - We were an extended family of 10 adults. It was a fantastic place to have privacy and beautiful surroundings.

Easy to get to local amenities and into larger towns. Paolo [the owner] was very responsive from start to finish.
