July 2019 - The villa is high up in the mountain ensuring a breathtaking view.
It is quiet and private. We had our own pool and beautiful terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the bathroom is beautiful.

- The bus station is just steps away. It is your best bet for transportation to town.

- Be prepared to take a bus or taxis down to Positano -- about 25 min ride each way. But it's worth the ride being situated up at the top of the mountain -- gorgeous!!!

July 2011 - Great place to stay away from the congestion of Positano but yet very close for access (15 min local bus or short car ride).
Views were spectacular and a very quiet location.
Highly recommend it for a family. Two excellent eating spots within steps of the villa made for simple evening meals as well.

The only hesitancy we have for a recommendation is that there are steps to the village but that is a small price to pay for the location.

July 2009 - It is an amazing place and the location within a small village meant that the local trattoria (down the stairs from the villa) provided one of the most memorable meals I have had in Italy (having visited several times).
The villa itself is beautiful and although the pool is not huge it is sufficient to cool down in and have fun with the family.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.
Travel tips
- Visit the local trattoria down the stairs to the village and we should have had a walk around the village but missed out!
- Also the time of year we went there was a festival on and saw amazing fireworks and a glimpse of proper local culture.
