Stunning villa in Tuscan paradise

August 2025 - What an amazing place to stay. The villa and grounds were stunning.

The villa was a traditional Tuscan home with a wonderfully equipped kitchen, really comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 6.

Outside was perfect, the views are stunning and the pool area is perfect for lazy days relaxing - the pool was a huge hit with our 4 children!

Sunsets were beautiful and the surrounding olive groves and vineyards make the outlook beautiful.

The nearby Castellina in Chianti is perfect for meals out and the supermarket.

Pierangela is a wonderful host giving us some brilliant recommendations and suggestions and making us feel very at home…we will be back to this wonderful place!

Simply perfect stay in Tuscany

August 2025 - Simply perfect. Pierangela [the owner] is utterly charming and lovely, very quick to respond to any queries and full of excellent local knowledge.

The house, garden and pool are Tuscan perfection - utterly beautiful and tranquil. The house suited us perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped for all the cooking I wanted to do.

The garden also is full of delicious herbs! Castellina - a five minute drive - has some lovely restaurants. 100% will be going back.

Beautiful family home in Tuscany

July 2025 - We loved staying in this beautiful family home in Tuscany. Once you get down the long dirt driveway, you’re in a little paradise all your own. Castellina di Chianti was an easy place for us to do day trips throughout Tuscany.

The host provides a wealth of recommendations in the area as well. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, salt, and we were given a bottle of olive oil to try produced on the estate. We also really appreciated the aromatic herb garden!! We enjoyed the pool and the terraces for sunsets and aperitivo.

Of note, the wifi did go out a couple times during our stay, but our host was very responsive in attending to the issue (which was the fault of the provider).

Lovely week in beautiful nature

August 2024 - My husband and I stayed with our two little kids and had a lovely week. The house was just like the pictures and the property was even more beautiful. The house is surrounded by incredible nature (olive trees, vineyard, fig trees, pinewood etc.) that you can walk around. Spectacular.

The pool is even bigger than it looks! It is splendid. The town of Castellina is a 3 minute drive and has fabulous restaurants and shops.. we ate there every night after exploring nearby towns such as Florence (1 hr), Sienna (30 mins), Panzano (20 mins) and Greve (25 mins) in the day.

Charming house in Castellina

August 2024 - The house is 5 minutes from the very charming village of Castellina in Chianti! The pool is beautiful and even though it is shared, it is quite large so it's not a problem!

The house is rustic and typically Italian, but functional, and especially the two terraces are perfect! The lower terrace allows you to see beautiful sunsets with a splendid view of Tuscany!

The only thing to consider if you have young children: slopes to get to the terrace and stairs to get to the pool requiring close supervision. The owners are very kind and give you advice on the surroundings. Really do not hesitate!!

June 2023 - Lovely position and we spent hours on the terraces looking over the pool towards the hills of Chianti.

Great villa with excellent large pool, beautiful gardens, well stocked kitchen and good bathroom. Living room and bedrooms a little dark as the windows are typically small for the type of property, but this also meant they were lovely and cool in late June.

The owners are lovely and we enjoyed cooking using the herbs grown on site which they said we were welcome to use.

Will return again as we enjoyed our stay so much, Castellina is a great little town with good places to eat and drink, or just wander around. Central to visit Lucca, Siena and Florence.

Would highly recommend!!

This is the second time we have booked with you, and have not been disappointed!! Have recommended to lots of friends so keep up the good standards. Best villa company we have used in the last 20 years of European travel.
