June 2022 - Villa Mariolina Grande was everything that was promised and more. Our family adored the villa, its location and view. The villa absolutely served our needs well. Our group had a broad range of ages from 2 1/2 to over 70. In addition, the caretaker Patrizia and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pian di Sco.
In addition, I would like to thank the Summer in Italy staff for their professionalism and their assistance. I felt as if I had a personal travel agent. You not only answered our questions, but you helped us make reservations for dinner and a photographer and gave us touring recommendations.
The website was absolutely accurate in your representation of the villa. We will highly recommend your website and thank your for your service. We found your website online and after consulting with family members in the US, Belgium and Italy we thought the place fit our needs well and decided to book! What a great decision!
Travel tips
- Sit back, enjoy the wine and olive oil and the view! The villa is absolutely wonderful. With plenty of space, a beautiful terrace, a nice pool and all the amenities - your trip will be well worth it.
- Enjoy the local towns and sip a cappuccino at the local bar - it is certainly the hotspot in town.
- My parents had a wonderful wine tour and lunch at Castello di Verrazzano!
