Fantastic

June 2015 - Villa Leopoldo B is part of an historic and beautiful building with lovely gardens and a great pool with the best views across a Tuscan valley to Castelmuzio. It is in Montisi a place full of friendly people and is part of a lovely community there.

The village has great places to eat or have coffee, has a bakery and a great local shop. People are very patient if your Italian is poor. ALL locals greet you with buongiorno every time you meet - do respond.

The bottle of Montisi 2011 was lovely touch.

Summer In Italy did exactly what it said it would do - we stayed at a superb location, access was easy and we were well looked after. Many thanks.

Travel tips

  • We used public transport and enjoyed trains and buses. In our opinion Montisi is fine also without a car!
  • Siena is very accessible.
  • Getting from Rome is easy by train to Sinalunga and bus up to Montisi.

September 2010 - It was beautiful. The town was so cute and everyone was so nice to us. I wish we would have had a terrace off our room and my husband and I were surmising how that could be done!!!

Ms. Giulia [the owner] was so nice.

We used Summer in Italy when we went to Praiano also and enjoyed that experience.

Unfortunately, Villa Leopoldo B can not be booked at this time.
