Magical Tuscan countryside location
May 2025 - A magical location with great views of the Tuscan countryside and a spectacular view of Montepulciano. Walking distance to the town with great wineries and restaurants. Huge numbers of bedrooms and a central kitchen and dining area for the family.
The property owners are the best. They maintain this property in beautiful condition. They are responsive to the guests needs while providing privacy. I have been using rental property for many years and have never had a better experience than our stay at Villa Incanto

- I can't say enough about the location. Wineries dot the surrounding countryside. The town is full of restaurants and wineries.
- Bye Bike, in town can set up eBike tours of the countryside.
- Short drives to Siena and Montalcino.
- The Thursday market is lots of fun.

We loved our stay
June 2024 - Our 10-member family loved our 3-night stay at Villa Incanto. It gave us time to wind down after visiting Lake Como and Cinque Terre and "smell the flowers" which are gorgeous and everywhere!
One day we stayed at the Villa, swam and played soccer (we found a soccer ball). That evening we cooked a pasta dinner with vegetables and salad purchased at the food market! It was such fun. The teen girls loved the cats, too!
The rooms provide privacy and are spread out within two buildings. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. We bought some paper towels, but dish towels and soap were available as well as a dishwasher. The dining room was lovely and had plenty of seating for all of us. Bedding was clean and quaint, with a real home-like feel. Bathrooms were clean; hot water was plentiful. There was an iron available in the laundry room.
The views from the property are magnificent and we took many pictures of the beautiful flowers to print and give as gifts to friends back home. We had a few afternoon showers, but we enjoyed them coming from the Arizona desert. We visited in early June.
The property representative was flexible about our check-out time, but we were courteous also, taking out trash and cleaning up the kitchen. Our deposit was returned graciously to us.
Travel tips
- Staying near Montepulciano and Pienza allowed us to enjoy a wine tasting tour (make reservations ahead of time), food shopping with easy access to parking, and restaurants.
- Finding parking in Montepulciano proper can be challenging so try to plan ahead scoping out nearby parking.

Perfect for a large family
May 2024 - Villa Incanto was amazing. It was perfect for our large family. It is very nice for a large group. The kitchen and common area was great for us to hang out all together. Otherwise the rooms are separate apartments. So there is a lot of privacy for the individuals.
The views are amazing.
