Wonderful stay with stunning terrace

August 2025 - We had a good stay. The highlight of the house is definitely the terrace — the view from up there is absolutely spectacular and made every breakfast feel special.

Antonello [the owner] was a fantastic host: very kind, incredibly responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything, which made our stay more comfortable.

While the house could use a few updates here and there, it was overall cozy and worked well for our group of four.

Wonderful Week in the Villa

July 2025 - We spent a wonderful week in this villa. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable without any kind of problem.

To the sea on foot no more than 20 minutes of a pleasant walk through a small town.

You can spend the whole summer here :) The apartment is decorated in Sicilian style, has everything you need for a comfortable life with children and pets.

Wonderful stay near Palermo city

May 2025 - We were looking for a quiet place to stay, preferably with a view, not too far from Palermo city. This villa was a great match for us. A stunning view, a spacious floor all to ourselves, and in addition a lush, lovely garden! We visited in May when every bush and tree was blooming.

Antonello [the owner] is an approachable and knowable host. We asked for information or assistance on several occasions and he always responded kindly and quickly. And, we often received some bonus information, or an extra umbrella… little details and services that made a great difference. We certainly recommend both the villa and the host!

If you don’t mind walking, you can enjoy this location and everything Mondello has to offer on foot – but a car would have been practical at times. A 10-15 minute walk in a peaceful yet lively town takes you to the bus stop and you will be in Palermo after another 20 minutes. The hike to Capo Gallo and the hermit’s “temple” is also recommended. The climb is steep but the views make it worthwhile.
