Pure bliss and perfect stay

June 2025 - This week was pure bliss. Everything exceeded our expectations, the place was so perfect. It felt like we were in another world.

Francesco [the owner] is a new friend for life! He prepared everything we needed and more, he was so responsive, fun, friendly and over-the-top as a host. You must try his pizzas and his cooking class!

We were so sad to leave this pure slice of heaven but we will be back, and next time we’ll stay longer :-)

Magical stay

May 2025 - Our stay was truly magical. As three couples seeking a peaceful yet luxurious retreat, this villa exceeded every expectation. From stunning views and fragrant lemon trees to spacious interiors with private en-suite bathrooms, every detail was perfect.

The outdoor amenities were unforgettable—lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails in the rooftop jacuzzi with views of Mt. Vesuvius, and enjoying the well-stocked honesty bar and wine cellar.

The location in Vico Equense offered serenity while still being close to Sorrento, Positano, and Pompeii. Our host was gracious and helpful, making our stay seamless.

We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of a return. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Sorrento Coast!

Fabulous property with unbelievable views

May 2025 - O M G this is a fabulous property - Fabulous location unbelievable views and the kindest most attentive host on the planet.

Don't ask them to cook supper - you will be too overwhelmed and for sure don't eat the Tiramisu his mama makes because you will never stop eating.

Amazing villa and helpful host

August 2024 - Francesco was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful, he communicated clearly before arrival, was accommodating and flexible with our check in. He gave me a tour of the house and showed me how things worked. Told me I could contact him anytime with queries.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking of Vesuvius, sea and mountains. The space in the villa was vast and allowed the family to have ample space. The villa was immaculate, beautifully decorated and felt like home. It was clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels etc.

I would recommend Francesco and his villa and would certainly return. The outside space was equally impressive, big, clean and a lovely family space. The location of the villa was good, we had a hire car but there were local shops in walking distance. The villa is well situated to get to Sorrento and Positano. 10/10 villa 10/10 host. Grazie mille for contributing to one of the most amazing holiday.

Fantastic stay

July 2024 - 11 out of 10 points! The location: Fantastic. Unique view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from the property and the rooftop terrace.

The garden is a little paradise and incredibly beautifully landscaped. The equipment: Couldn't be better. The kitchen is better equipped than many private households.

Bathrooms are very well equipped, and everything is replenished during cleaning (twice a week!). The host Francesco: A great host, very helpful with tips and questions. Always there immediately.

Communication extremely fast. Acts more like a friend than a landlord. The area: Fate has been very kind to this area. Very beautiful cities, culture, and history. Naples is definitely worth a visit. The nature is beautiful.

In summary: It couldn't have been better. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ♥️

Perfect host and stunning villa

July 2024 - Francesco is the most perfect host in every way. He replied instantly to every contact we made with him but was not at all intrusive. He was always available to help when needed.

Great recommendations of places to go with local knowledgeable guides. The Villa greatly exceeded all our expectations and is stunning in every aspect; spotlessly clean, exceptionally comfortable beds, great bathrooms with all the additional toiletries, beautifully decorated, delightful gardens and pool area and stunning views particularly from the roof terrace.

A wonderful touch was the welcome food "pack" which fed 6 of us generously for days! The honesty bar was fabulous and a highlight for us all was the pizza experience night learning how to cook pizza and enough food to feed an army.

We ate fruit from the trees in the garden and made lemonade with the lemons. We would highly recommend the villa and it’s most wonderful host and will definitely return. A perfect holiday venue we give it 10 stars.

Everything is in the house you don’t need to go out!

October 2023 - Breathtaking view and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is in the house you don’t need to go out… Bar, swimming pool, rooftop with hot tub. Beautiful garden so serene just absolutely magnificent.

Our host Francesco took care of us from making restaurants reservations to driver and boat reservations. On top of that he is a chef and very accommodating. Thank you Francesco and Summer In Italy.

I’m happy using Summer of Italy again in my next vacation.

Awesome private retreat!

June 2023 - Clean contemporary home. Spacious living area and grounds. Beautiful house and location.

We had a great experience with making pizza in the outdoor pizza oven with the owner Francesco! He is very personable and is a tremendous resource - served as a concierge in helping with various local reservations.

Terrific location for day trips to Pompeii, Capri, Positano/Amalfi.

I was searching for rental properties when forwarded to your web site. Everything went well with booking and we were more than pleased with the villa and our host Francesco. A perfect experience!
