Unforgettable wedding experience

September 2025 - We had our wedding at the property, and the experience couldn't have been better.

During the planning process, Milena [the caretaker] was impeccable, always helping with everything.

The place is simply fantastic, combined with the service, kindness, and hospitality.

We and our friends had fantastic days that we'll already remember. If you're in doubt about the experience the place and the hostess will provide, don't be, because it will be unforgettable.

Helpful host and gorgeous place

Fantastic group getaway experience

June 2025 - Milena [the caretaker] was absolutely amazing in everything!

We went with a group of 20 colleagues and had a blast.

The location was perfect and Milena was available for any extra need we had.

Idyllic Retreat in Chianti Hills

May 2025 - The hamlet is high on a hillside in Chianti, with a church and a couple other buildings around and not much else - it is idyllic! We took 20 people (4 different countries) for a week, and we were delighted.

The hamlet is well renovated, apartments are nicely separated and suitably equipped. The pool area is awesome, with a great hillside vista.

The 'cost' for this peaceful and beautiful retreat is that it is about 20 minutes drive from the main roads at the base of the hills up to the villa (and maybe half is gravel), but it works fine so long as you aren't in a hurry and have a decent car.

We have to acknowledge the great host, Milena and her staff. She was always responsive, had answers for all of our questions and requests, and her English is excellent. She arranged a great welcome dinner for us all, discounts for wine tasting at the nearby vineyard, and made good restaurant suggestions.

We hope to return to the area, and will likely stay here again. See you soon!

Exceptional wedding experience in Tuscany

May 2025 - My husband and I got married at this location with our family. The place itself exceeded our expectations and Milena and every vendor she recommended far exceeded our expectations.

We could not have been more certain that we chose the correct location to celebrate this special day! Our families and us were there for just shy of a week and every day was better than the last.

The food was so incredible and the Tuscan Mamas worked with us around food restrictions and to make each night stand out! Milena [the caretaker] was so extremely responsive and proactive in offering suggestions before I even knew to ask the question.

During the wedding itself, Milena and her staff helped ensure everything went smoothly and was the perfect middle man between us and the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.

This will be an experience our families will talk about for years to come and that is largely due to Milena and her staff! Thank you so much!

Magical celebration

September 2024 - It was an absolutely magical few days with family and friends! We decided to have a pre-wedding celebration with friends and family coming from around the world and picked this secluded hamlet as the setting for everyone to meet, eat, laugh, and talk till the early hours of the morning, and it was PERFECT!

We had so much to organise with the wedding that we wanted this to be more relaxed, our host Milena helped make this a reality - from organising the delicious, local, seasonal food for the communal meals, to making sure we had what we and our guests needed - she was there every step of the way.

Once things were agreed, they happened as planned (even if the weather did not always behave - there was a plan B). We had a beautiful formal meal with antipasto and three courses with spritzes and wine - just amazing!

We can’t thank Milena and the team enough, it was an absolutely fantastic and relaxing start to our celebrations and we will never forget it!
