Luciano [the owner] takes care of everything every day and is always available and extremely helpful.

Had a great time

September 2025 - Benedetta's villa is wonderful. The four of us had a great time there. The location is excellent in the hilly Tuscan countryside around Montemerano. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the countryside and the vineyards. The pool is also great and Luciano kept it clean every day. The house pick-up and drop-off went smoothly and perfectly as agreed. The house was clean, stylishly furnished and the rooms on the top two floors were extremely spacious, each with its own bathroom. We enjoyed every day and can only recommend this accommodation.

August 2025 - A fantastic house - tastefully decorated and very big. Accommodated 6 adults and a toddler very comfortably. It is well equipped and the pool is huge.

Lovely Tuscan Family Stay

August 2025 - We highly recommend this lovely place! Located in a peaceful and private place and a truly idyllic Tuscan setting, at a short distance from lovely Montemerano, it is great for relaxing with your family. We stayed for 3 weeks with our 2 children (aged 3 and 6) and our family (7 adults and 3 children in total).

There are 4 bathrooms (1 downstairs, 1 fully separate on the 1st floor which serves the 2 rooms on that floor, and 2 on the top floor adjacent to the 2 bedrooms), a large, fully-equipped kitchen (with all the pots and pans you can imagine), a spacious and pleasant living area as well as a large diner table which sits 10 people.

We also really enjoyed the patio area around the house, which is in the shade all day, and is therefore a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swimming pool is amazing: very large and very clean, thanks to Luciano's [the owner] work in the morning and evening.

We will surely be returning!

Wonderful villa in fantastic surroundings

July 2025 - A wonderful house in fantastic surroundings! The brand new pool (huge!) was perfect. The lovely little stoned area by the pool with table and four chairs got to be our "prosecco area" before dinner and there were lots of small areas where you could relax.

We were two families and we had plenty of space in the house. Outside space is perfect for evening meals. Close to amenities (car necessary) and close to lovely little villages all around the area.

I would definitely recommend this house!

One of the best villas we have stayed in

August 2024 - This is a lovely villa situated on the windy road between Manciano and Montemerano.

The villa is large enough to easily accommodate two families of four without feeling like you're tripping up over each other. It has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area and nice traditionally furnished bedrooms with very modern bathrooms with decent showers.

The large pool and gardens are just lovely. It's one of the best villas we've stayed in.

Heaven in Tuscany

August 2024 - Villa Fanciulla is absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and in a beautiful setting.

Someone popped in everyday to make sure we were ok and clean the pool.

Much better than the pictures

July 2024 - Villa Fanciulla was the perfect spot for our vacation.

We were two families with six children (from one to nine years old) - and we had plenty of space.

We got a positive surprise when we arrived as the house is much better looking than on the pictures. The surroundings are stunning and the pool is a nice and clean.

A well equipped kitchen made it fun to cook dinner which we enjoyed on the porch.

Perfect week in a wonderful landscape

July 2022 - We had a wonderful time at the villa. The description was fully realistic and it was described vere well.

The pool was perfect, also the house. Perhaps we missed some equipment in the kitchen, but it can be explained by different ways of living.

It was a perfect week in a wonderful landscape.

We had a very friendly host, Mr Luciano who helped as in an excellent way. We had electric loss at 10 in the evening (we had too much electric machines going) and he was there in 10 minutes and fixed it.

Summer In Italy have served us in a very good way. Thank you for an excellent work!
