October 2014 - Villa Ernestina A was so clean and welcoming and the terrace has a spectacular view. Enjoyed it very much and more so my family who was there with me.

Everything was perfect and Giovanni [the caretaker] was excellent.

August 2014 - Villa Ernestina A is absolutely the best villa of ever.

Very beautifully appointed and furnished. Has every amenity that you need. The view is spectacular and the huge terrace is wonderful. Pool is amazing and all the different levels of terraces around the pool are fantastic.

Giovanni [the caretaker] is very helpful and always there to assist you if you need him.

Very pleased with our stay there. Stayed there twice and would love to go back again soon.

My experience of booking with Summer In Italy was really pleasant. Everyone was very helpful and professional, and always followed up by email, so no worries or concerns ever. Great to deal with and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic

July 2013 - We are parents with three teenagers. Villa Ernestina A was perfect for us.

Beautiful villa, views that you could never tire of, an easy 1-kilometre walk in to town (which we did at least once a day) and steps across the road down to the beach.

The lovely caretaker Giovanni was helpful and immediately sorted out any little problem.

A holiday to remember for a long time, we would visit again.

July 2013 - The villa is outstanding... photos do not do it justice. It was very clean, and well stocked. Giovanni, the caretaker, treated us like family and helped us with anything we needed.

I would highly recommend Summer in Italy to friends. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

July 2013 - The location is a little outside of town but that was a plus for us. It offered a better beach just 300 steps below - which we LOVED. It was only a short walk (10-15 minutes) into town and we found the walk into town easy and then took the orange bus on the way out - and it stopped right in front of the villa.

The villa is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are nice.

We had hiking trails immediately behind our villa.

The owners/caretakers were wonderful and accomodating. They set up a semi-private boat tour of the Amalfi coast for us - which was reasonably priced and one of the highlights of our trip. I would highly recommend.

September 2012 - I thought Villa Ernestina was the perfect place to enjoy Positano. Positano was within walking distance, and staying slightly outside gave us a much better view of the ocean, mountains, and Positano itself.

The owner was downstairs in his shop everyday, and he couldn't have been more helpful to us.

July 2012 - We loved every minute of our stay At Villa Ernestina A. The view is magnificent and it is just outside of the centre of Positano which means you are not battling tourists at each turn.

We would definitely go back...

Giovanni [the caretaker] was so wonderful to us. We couldn't ask for anything he couldn't provide!! Daniela [the owner] was spectacular at arranging a private boat and snorkeling.

Everything in the home was perfect. It was so clean and such a wonderful location. We pray to be able to visit again.

June 2012 - We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ernestina. The location is great. It's a very spacious and beautifully decorated villa, clean, well equipped, offering a spectacular view. Everything was perfect.

September 2011 - I can't explain how wonderful Villa Ernestina A was. It was far better than the pictures on line can even portray. The view is unbelievable and the roominess of the villa is fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, Giovanni, the caretaker was most welcoming. He gave us a grand tour of the place and info about many other things. He drove us to the grocery store the first day. He was there to help or answer any questions we had. The pool was fantastic. The kitchen adequately supplied. The bathrooms were fine. As they say Italian beds are very firm.

Arienzo beach just across the street and down 270 steps is awesome. Pepe and his wife have a great restaurant right on the beach. They are so welcoming it makes for an enjoyable day.

Don't hesitate to rent this villa or to use Summer in Italy. It was superb!!
