Wonderful stay in Taormina

June 2026 - We had a wonderful stay at Villa Doride in Taormina. Micaela, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Everyone knows and adores her in Taormina, so everything we needed was there for us, including at the beach clubs (highly recommended).

The villa is beautiful and at the highest point of the city with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and Mt. Etna volcano. The villa is clean, modernized, and fully stocked with accessories. We cooked delicious dinners at home every night. The cleaning team did a great job and were pleasant and thorough in keeping the home in order.

The pool, gardens and outdoor shower were delightful and made our stay especially memorable. We look forward to returning with friends and family. Overall, we highly recommend Micaela and her wonderful Villa Doride in Taormina!

Amazing villa and beautiful location

March 2026 - The Villa itself, the location and the host were all amazing.

We would not hesitate to book this absolutely beautiful villa again someday.

The views of the sea and Mt Etna from the numerous locations on this magnificent landscaped property were spectacular.

Easy walkable distance to all restaurants/cafes, shops, grocery store, cable car to beach (although it was closed during our March visit) and historical sites.

Villa living areas were expansive, well maintained and clean.

Host was extremely responsive and friendly.

We even hired a chef whom was recommended by the host to cook for us 1 evening and that was perfect.

Overall, our family loved the entire experience.
