Beautiful villa with amazing pool

May 2025 - The villa and its setting is incredibly beautiful, the infinity pool is amazing.

The spacious bedrooms and extra pullouts perfectly suited my family of seven plus a couple of overnight friends.

Mr Ferdinando couldn’t have been more helpful in showing us the extensive features of the house, and his pride in the property. He responded promptly to our questions, WhatsApp preferred, and happy to make restaurant suggestions.

I first booked several years ago with Summer in Italy on a friend’s recommendation, and would not hesitate to do so again. The team at Summer In Italy is friendly and helpful and with good humour go the extra mile to answer questions.

Travel tips

  • Our family had two cars for visits to the fascinating and beautiful nearby towns such as Spello, Gubbio and Perugia and Assisi.
  • Walking to Assisi is very doable with the good walking shoes which are essential for visits to all the hill towns - you will literally get your steps in! Also nearby a delightful little bar/ cafe, and well stocked grocery store.
