Wonderful villa with amazing views

September 2026 - Villa del Presidente was wonderful for our group of 6 people. The view from the Villa is amazing. We enjoyed our time on the terrace relaxing and watching the sunset. The villa was clean and spacious, had everything we need. Having access to the amenities of the nearby hotel was a huge perk. We were able to use the hotel shuttle and the concierge was extremely helpful. Location is close to great restaurants and the bus stop.

Summer in Italy was great for all of our needs. They answered all of our questions and helped give recommendations throughout our stay.

Travel tips

  • The walk from the main street to the Villa is only a few minutes but stairs are steep. This was not an issue for our group (ages 30-65).
  • The nearby hotel has breakfast, coffee bar, restaurants and rooftop views - all were just wonderful!

Travel tips

  • Restaurants in town were very good.
  • Be prepared to climb/descend stairs (no elevator) to villa entrance.
  • If you plan tours outside of Praiano, book private transportation and give yourself plenty of time.
  • Travel to/from Naples might best be done by ferry to Positano or Amalfi. The road is only two lane and can get bottled up pretty easily.
  • Book tours of the coast or to the Isle of Capri out of Positano or Amalfi. Positano would be my first suggestion. We booked all of our tours out of Sorrento and it took 45-60 minutes each way to travel there and back.

Beautiful villa with outstanding views

June 2024 - We loved our stay at the villa. A beautiful villa with outstanding views.

A great set up and would love to return. When jacuzzi heats up in sun, nice to sit inside and look at view.

Local staff took excellent care of us as well.
