July 2011 - We had our annual family reunion at the Villa Costanza, and it was absolutely wonderful, perfect in every way. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with everything anyone could need.

It was convenient for exploring medieval towns, and castles, and the swimming pool was kept clean daily by the wonderful caretakers.

We were 21 people (10 children!) and because the rooms were complete units in themselves, we could get away from each other if we so desired.

I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Travel tips

  • There are several nearby supermarkets, and an excellent pizza restaurant at the end of the road.
  • The town of Narni is a lovely medieval town, and a day trip to Civita di Bagno Reggio is very interesting.
  • A visit to Marmore Falls is well worth doing - climb up half way, and get really close to the water - thrilling. Find out first what time the falls are switched on and off, as the water is diverted for industrial use twice a day. Be there to see it turned on.

July 2011 - We were 4 families staying at the villa. Twenty of us in the age 1-45 years. We all loved it. Enough space for everyone. Big nice house, a good size pool that was kept clean everyday, nice siting area outside, good size kitchen which was fully equipped.

September 2007 - We LOVED it. It was our dream villa in Italy. It was lovely.

We loved the location, out in the green, quiet hills.

We loved the house, because it is charming and rustic while also being up-to-date in its plumbing and comforts.

We loved the pool and the garden.

Our vacation was lovely. We will book through you again.

  • The house is very well-equipped. It has sheets, towels, a well-equipped kicthen, a washer and dryer, and window screens.

Unfortunately, Villa Costanza can not be booked at this time.
