Fantastic

August 2019 - Beautiful and clean, the view is out of this world. A bit of walk to downtown Positano, about 30 mins.

The property manager was excellent and quite helpful.

Summer In Italy was a great web site to choose our villa.

July 2018 - Villa Carilla C was fantastic, even better than I imagined!

Nicola and Rosa [the owners] were terrific to deal with.

You all were extremely helpful from the time I booked right through to the end of my visit. It was very much appreciated.

Travel tips

  • It is a bit of a walk to the main beach (Spiaggia Grande) and shopping area (about a mile along the windy roads). It is manageable though and there is a bus that comes around about once an hour.
  • Restaurant Da Costantino was a great family run restaurant and they will pick you up and drive you back home.

It has 3 bedrooms, two were decent size, the third was kind of small but overall it was beautiful!

The view was amazing

May 2017 - The view was amazing and we spent most of our time out on the terrace.

The terrace was huge and lots of space to relax and eat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom which was fantastic for couples travelling together. The kitchen was well stocked and we did make some meals at the property.

Rosa [the owner] was a fantastic help anytime we needed anything. She helped us out with the buses and dinners.

Communication was great. Very clear directions and expectations. Thank you for all your help and advice.

Travel tips

  • Shopping is in town and they will deliver your groceries for you.
  • There is a bus stop right outside the front door of the property so you can take the bus into town or along the coast.
  • It's just over 1 km to walk to the edge of town which we walked often. Just need to be careful of the cars going by as it is narrow.
  • There are several great restaurants in town and they will provide transportation if you book in advance.
