September 2007 - The villa is immense.

We occupied the entire second floor, with each of the six bedrooms of excellent size and well appointed.

The service provided by the owners is wonderful.

Travel tips

  • The villa is close to the highway so is easy to reach and allows quick trips to Siena and short walks into the pretty town of Rapolano.
  • Because the property also operates as a Bed and Breakfast, wonderful breakfasts are available every morning - a real treat! [you will be able to request and pay for the breakfast locally]
  • Don't miss the great hiking paths that extend in several directions directly from the villa.

August 2007 - We had a wonderful time staying at the villa, it comfortably sleeps 12 with the added bonus of a restaurant downstairs and a private pool.

It is close to many lovely towns, Pienza, Cortona, Siena to name a few.

The estate wine is fabulous too!

The website gave a very accurate description of the villa with good pictures.

July 2006 - The villa was excellent.

The bedrooms were very spacious and elegant. We liked also very much the swimming pool area and the magnificent living room (hall).

Also the location was very good, it was quite close to Siena and Arezzo and the vineyard area (Chianti).

We did enjoy our holiday very much.

Thank you for a lovely vacation. It was very easy to rent the property by the internet/e-mail.

Unfortunately, Villa Beata A can not be booked at this time.
