Wonderful place with lovely owners
July 2025 - Wonderful place with beautiful surroundings!
And the best of all, absolutely lovely owners that make your stay just tailor-made for you.
We had a three days wedding with a full service program, and the owners (with Simona in lead) made it just perfect 👌🏻

Fantastic Italian villa experience
June 2025 - We have just spent a full week in this fantastic authentic house. Well equipped, decorated and clean.
It was kind of an experiment to gather the whole family of 3 generations with 8 small kids, but it exceeded our expectations. The villa and surroundings were just perfect for such a big family. Plenty of room to accommodate all, being together or small groups apart to relax. The pools were a hit.
During the days we also explored the beautiful (not crowded) Tuscia area and charming cities. With plenty to discover for both children and adults. And not to forget the hospitality of Simona, Lula and Tommaso. Lula's cooking 🤩🤩🤩 we will never forget. And the cooking class was so fun and educational.
We will be coming back!

Fantastic
September 2018 - Villa Armenide is a lovely, historic villa that has been nicely remodelled to include many modern bathrooms and a good-sized kitchen. The swimming pool makes this an excellent spot for a group holiday in hot weather. Our group of 17 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The villa is also near a charming, small, very untouristy town -- Vitorchiano -- that happens to have several very good restaurants.
The owner, Tommaso, was attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything, such as bikes. In fact he went out of his way to help several members of our group with such tasks as tracking down lost luggage and buying new cellphones.
This is an excellent choice for large groups who enjoy being in a part of Italy which is not over run with tourists. It is easy to make day trips to Orvieto, Todi, Bagnia, and other historic towns.
Travel tips
- Be sure to eat at Restaurant Il Basilico and Restaurant La Lanterna, both in (or just outside of) Vitorchiano.
