Very nice villa with amazing views

October 2023 - Very nice villa in Praiano with amazing views of the coastline. Plenty of room for enjoying a glass of wine on the upper deck with friends and family.

The location is good with easy access to center of Praiano and Positano using the local commuter bus. Very nice restaurants in walking distance. Safe to walk because of the small walking paths in the town. Be prepared for some cardio workout with the stairs in the town.

Luca is very helpful getting you situated in the villa and providing recommendations.

Summer In Italy was very helpful with finding information and getting directions to the villa.

Wonderful stay

May 2023 - We had such a wonderful stay here. Luca [the caretaker] meeting us to grab our bags and show us the parking and the villa was SO helpful! It made settling in and finding our first few meals very enjoyable.

The location is perfection and the views are insane. Everything you need for a getaway!

Had a fantastic stay

May 2022 - This villa is a dream! Our family of 6 (two parents and four young adults) had a fantastic stay. We stayed from 13/05/22 to 19/05/22. The way the villa is set up, provides privacy for everyone and lots of areas to gather comfortably as a group. When there was an issue with one of the toilets, the issue was taken care of quickly.

The local property manager, Luca, is amazing. He is kind, helpful and available to his guests. He helped us so much, providing information about the area and even arranged a private boat tour for us! He was just a phone call away for anything; calling taxis, reservations, information etc. He helped make our trip perfect.

I did an Internet search and found your company, glad I did! I plan to return to the Amalfi Coast, I will definitely be booking through Summer In Italy again!

Great location in Praiano - walking distance to everything

June 2019 - Villa Albatros is situated in a great location in Praiano - walking distance to everything. The villa has two floors.

The top floor has two very nice, spacious bedrooms, a nice full bathroom and a nice big sun deck.

The ground floor has a spacious living room, a very tiny kitchen, a nice deck with a big table and BBQ, a full bathroom that is accessed from the deck (which has a frosted door... that persons visiting on the deck can see partly through), a small single bedroom that is accessed from the deck, another really tiny single bedroom accessed from the deck, and yet another bedroom that is accessed from the deck that fits a queen bed and has a small bathroom attached to it. All of the rooms are rather dimly lit.

The men in our group found the main floor shower stalls "small". While we found the kitchen a bit too small for us, and two of the main floor bedrooms small, the top floor was very nice. Overall, however, the villa met our needs.

The caretaker was very nice and was quick to answer any questions we had, even a day or two after check-in.

Luca, at Summer In Italy, was a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the service Luca provided (as well as the other staff at Summer In Italy). Thank you! :)

The villa was perfect for our needs

September 2018 - The villa was perfect for our needs. The terrace offered amazing views and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after sunbathing. The house was spread out offering privacy if you need it, but many gathering spots for enjoying time with your family/friends.

We booked with Summer In Italy due to word of mouth and other guests at the wedding we attended recommendations. It was a great experience overall dealing with Luca and others.

Villa Albatros was great

July 2018 - Villa Albatros was great. Well suited to our family of six. The view was mesmerizing and the owner was helpfully and available. The kitchen was a bit limited. Overall the accommodation was great, there are so many lovely terraces to be transfixed by the view.

One of the most surprising things was how quiet Praiano was compared to Positano and Amalfi, being able to get away from the summer crowds was a real treat. There are heaps of nice restaurants in the area.
