September 2021 - Terrace with a great view, only accessible via the stairs. Large clean pool with a beautiful view. Narrow steep stairs to the apartment, small kitchen with a narrow dining table.

September 2006 - We very much enjoyed the place, the Hostess was just perfect, she couldn't do enough for us.
We were upgraded to a bigger place as we thought it had a living room the one we rented so she gave us another unit. This Hostess did everything right to make our stay there perfect, her husband and son were very good also.
I would rate this place very highly, money well spent and very much appreciated the upgrade and great treatment by them all.

It would have be perfect to be closer to a village where we could buy stuff (walking distance would have been ideal), but then again maybe it wouldn't have been as quiet and peaceful.
Overall it was a fantastic experience, we will remember this!
The service was great, we really appreciated the tips, the quickness and preciseness of the answers to our questions, and the clarity of the "rules of engagement". It was just perfect.

It is one of the most beautifully appointed and maintained guest accommodations we've ever seen. It's obvious in every detail the restoration of this monastery was a labor of love by the owners.
The location is also outstanding. It's close enough to the sights and cities of Tuscany for easy day trips, but secluded enough for a peaceful escape from reality.
