Incredible experience

September 2025 - I stayed with 15 friends, and from start to finish it was an incredible experience.

Toti [the owner] went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was perfect for a large group – plenty of individual apartments for privacy, but also lots of beautiful shared spaces where we could come together. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice!

Throughout our stay, Alessandro [the caretaker] and Toti were fantastic hosts. They maintained the pool daily and were always on hand if we needed anything – truly going above and beyond.

Toti organised a private chef for us on two nights, as well as a last-minute pizza lunch, which we highly recommend (there is a stone pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen)! The gardens and outdoor spaces are immaculately maintained and ideal for hosting – we had friends from nearby join us for dinners, and there was more than enough room for everyone.

The stay exceeded all expectations, and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Wonderful stay

September 2024 - We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.

Toti [the owner] was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I especially loved the outdoor space. The pool and garden were phenomenal.

The location was ideal – close to Otranto and the beach yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the monogrammed pool towels and tote bags that were available for us to use.

Alessandro, who came every morning to clean and maintain the outdoor space, was the nicest. One morning he offered us some freshly cut prickly pear from the garden, which I thought was delicious and very thoughtful.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
