Beautiful vacation! The view is phenomenal

October 2023 - Casa Premia completely convinced us, it was a beautiful vacation. The view is phenomenal and in October we had absolute peace. The stairs have so much charm that you soon forget the effort. Always happy.

The owners were very nice and everything worked well.

Our stay at Casa Premia was fantastic!

June 2023 - We enjoyed the incredible view. The property is well kept, very clean and comfortable. The design is tasteful.

We were welcomed by Nicola [the owner], who helped us a lot with our lost luggage and dinner reservations.

I was concerned about the stairs to the property, but it wasn't an issue for us, and we are in our sixties. The walk to the Gavitella Beach was enjoyable with ceramic art on the walls and excellent bar on the way back.

We are very impressed with Summer In Italy! The way how you walked us through the whole process, how you answered all our questions. We appreciate Luca and the whole team. We hope to booked with you again and recommend to our family and friends.

Everything you need is there and the view is magnificent

April 2023 - The house is in a beautiful location. It can only be reached via numerous steps, but absolutely quiet. We felt completely comfortable.

Very friendly service and easy check-in/check-out.

Amazing views, excellent location

October 2022 - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Premia, the view on Positano and especially the sunset on Capri is amazing. The flat was exactly as on the photos and totally clean. We highly recommend a stay at Casa Premia.

Praiano is an excellent choice to live in a peaceful and authentic village, just nearby Amalfi and Positano but less crowded with tourists. Nevertheless it offers a very large choice of transportation to go and come and a large schedule for Napoli, Pompei, Sorrento, Salerno and all villages of the Amalfi Coast.

Giorgia and her mother [the owners] were excellent hosts, reactive and very kind.

Summer In Italy service was just perfect with a lot of indications and recommendations, very helpful, many thanks for that.

Great location, world class views

August 2022 - World class views from the garden and terrace. Inside villa was very clean and well equipped. Great location, close to shops bars and restaurants. Only down side was the 100 steps back up to the villa from town, but once there the view was worth it!

Our host met us on our first day and was very informative and helpful.

I would, and have highly recommend Summer In Italy. Right from the first e mail you have given us excellent recommendations and given good advice. You made the booking process easy and hassle free.

I can recommend the property as a great place to stay

July 2022 - The location of the property was exceptional in terms of the views, we never got tired of waking up to those views. The property was clean and was fitted out to standard that we were very happy with.

Giorgia our host was extremely helpful and we were grateful for her assistance.

Our overall experience of our vacation at Casa Premia was outstanding and I can recommend the property as a great place to stay.

One of the best terrace in all of Praiano

August 2021 - This place had one of the best terrace in all of Praiano. This outdoor space allowed us to spend quality time, with an outstanding view of Positano (famous town across the mountain). The grass garden was such a delight, we would have all our meals there.

The house itself is well equipped, with an extremely comfortable bed. For me the best part was the outdoor shower 🚿, although we were a bit careful because it was quiet it was not completely 100% private.

Keep in mind if you come by car, parking is a bit tricky in general in Amalfi Coast. Our hosts were kind enough to show us a free parking off premises which was couple of streets higher than the apartment (a proper steep walk). We had quite a few heavy suitcases, so we’d like to suggest packing light because you’ll have to walk them up and down the stairs. In addition, there are quite a few stairs. It takes a few times to get used to it, however it is worth it. As well as getting mosquito spray repellent at any local pharmacy, since they are very quiet and vicious (the black mosquitoes 🦟 ). I would strongly suggest going to both beaches in Praiano and to the Positano one. Do not forget your snorkel set 🤿 , it would be a shame to miss out on the many fish under water.

I would recommend this place, go for it the pictures do not give it justice. 🤩

Ideal location

September 2020 - The view from Casa Premia is truly amazing. To wake every morning to glorious sunshine and sit on the balcony watching the boats roll by will not be forgotten. The casa is a quiet and peaceful place. Yes there are many steps to climb but this is Praiano and if you want the views?

There are many local amenities near by including restaurants, mini market, bar and transport hub.

The owner is great and gave us access to the wonderful fruit garden.

Highly recommended. Grazie mille.

October 2019 - Wow, the view! Everything was as pictured and clean and the apartment was comfortable and modern.

Communication was good before, it is managed by an agency (Summer In Italy). We were received by Giorgia who was super nice and waited for us after we got off at the wrong bus stop.

Be prepared, there are about 105 steps to get to the apartment, but it is definitely worth it! The view is unbeatable and the set up on the patio let us be comfortable to watch the sunset even if it was raining.

Definitely, we recommend 100%.

Praiano is delightful with a good choice of restaurants and a great place from which to explore the Amalfi Coast.

We LOVED our stay in Casa Premia

September 2019 - We LOVED our stay in Casa Premia. The location makes it easy to access the town, local transportation and the beach with ease.

First of all, the view can not be beat. And you have a terrace and garden to enjoy it from. We spent two full days in our garden on those lounge chairs. Pure heaven.

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom shower has good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, oil, seasoning... The basics you will need to get you started.

You cannot go wrong renting this beautiful place.

July 2018 - We loved our time there. The view from the terrace was incredible although we did get bitten by lots of mosquitoes! Easy access to the town and we were able to park our car for free nearby.

The owners were easily contactable and very friendly.

Stunning views, peaceful and relaxing

July 2018 - We had a fabulous time at Casa Premia in Praiano. Maria and the famiglia [the owners] were very helpful.

Perfect location to explore the Amalfi Coast, we particularly enjoyed Ravello (Villa Cimbrone) and Capri (Anacapri) which are must sees.

Stunning views. Peaceful and relaxing.

Park the car or transfer down from Naples as the Sita bus is excellent between Sorrento and Salerno.

June 2018 - We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Premia. The view is superb and the apartment is very clean, bright and airy and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped.

September 2017 - We enjoyed our stay. The view is fantastic and the apartment is newly renovated and very nice.

To get to the apartment from the street level you must always do about 87 steps. The way to the sea includes about 400/450 steps.

October 2015 - Casa Premia was lovely. Exactly what we wanted.

We could not fault the accommodation at all. We didn't spend as much time in garden as we would have liked as the mosquitoes loved us!

The owners were very helpful and helped us with our luggage up the steps to the apartment. They even offered us some lovely homemade marmalade!

We would definitely recommend Casa Premia & really enjoyed our stay there.

September 2015 - What a wonderful apartment is Casa Premia!!!

The view is absolutely amazing, you feel like you are on top of the world. The apartment is even better than the photos. All of the appliances are new, the apartment is extremely clean and there is everything that you need. Even a few beach towels for you stay. We have two children and the sofa bed was very easy to unfold and put away each day. The water pressure for the shower was great. Casa Premia has also a great grass area with 2 sun lounges.

The owners meet us upon our arrival at the meeting point, just a short walk from the SITA bus stop, and walked us to the apartment. Be prepared, the walk from the bus stop is up a steep hill and then there are many steps to the apartment. It is a challenge but the view is worth while. You get an amazing view towards Positano which is wonderful on the evening with all the lights. The owners also let us use items from the veggie patch, the tomatoes were delicious.

Overall, we had an amazing time here and I would highly recommend Casa Premia.

Summer In Italy gave exceptional customer service and were very professional. Friends recommended you as they book with you to stay in Positano each year.

August 2014 - We absolutely loved Casa Premia! The accommodation is beautiful and the view breathtaking. The owners are really friendly and always on hand to answer any questions and go out of the way to help.

Location wise, we loved Praiano, lovely little village, perfectly placed as a base to explore the coast, Vesuvius and Pompeii. Not very touristy which we loved and the reason we would always choose it over Positano.

Loved it and will definitely be back.
