June 2014 - Overall we enjoyed our stay in Casa Panorama Quattro.
The accommodation and location were good and the hosts friendly and attentive.
One drawback we had was the heat - hit a heat wave in June, we Irish not built to cope with such conditions. The lack of air conditioning in the apartment, particularly in the upstairs bedroom, was an issue for us.
The balconies were tiny and far too small to use for meals.
“Yes, indeed -- future guests please note that, as shown in the pictures, the balconies are large enough to sit a couple of people but do not accommodate a dining table.„
Travel tips
- I would recommend a trip on the Bernina Express - drive to Tirano and take the express to St. Moritz, an absolutely magical experience as you travel through the almost artic landscape high up in the mountains.
- Do not miss the views from the roof of the Duomo in Milan.
- A visit to the San Siro Stadium is for diehards only - the tour is disappointing and museum and shop a rip off.

June 2013 - We absolutely loved our week at Casa Panorama Quattro! Our family had a wonderful time and we couldn't have been happier staying there. We would definitely return if we are lucky enough to make it back to Lake Como. The staff were wonderful, sweet, and always helpful.
Casa Panorama Quattro feels a little off the beaten path, but is just a minute drive/5-10 minute walk from restaurants, grocery store, cafe and the ferry.
The view is amazing and our apartment was super clean and had two balconies that opened onto the lake. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed lounging by the pool and looking out onto the lake.

July 2011 - We have got many emotions but in short: it was a really great experience! The most beautiful place, the friendliest owners and the highest level service!
We wish to thank all the staff for hospitality. Can't forget fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden kindly offered to our kids and us!

Travel tips
- We (3 adults and 4 kids)spent 3 weeks at Casa Panorama Quattro. We did not rent a car and we managed to do without it. It takes just a few days to learn the bus,the boat and the train timetable and to be able to use it properly.
- We recommend the future guests to visit Villa Carlotta which is 30 min walk, Villa Bellagio (20 min walk and 10 min boat), the city of Como and which will be especially interested for kids - Swiss in Miniature (can be reached by bus - 3 changes).
- It would be good to get a timetable book for the buses, boats and trains of this region so you could feel yourself more free (we got it at the bus depot in Menaggio).
