July 2010 - Casa Magda was an extremely clean and well looked after property. Unfortunately it is on a very busy bend of a road so consequently traffic is constantly beeping horns.

The owner was extremely helpful and very genuine.

Travel tips

  • Read the location details properly. Public transport good but quite a way off. Car would be best - though not sure where one would park it.

I use summer in Italy every time I go to Italy - this was the 5th time never any problems.

  • Everything is close by but you need to walk.

April 2010 - Casa Magda is a very nice apartment. Nicely decorated. Reasonably quiet. Was quite clean when arrived. Enjoyed the views from rooftop.

The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Casa Magda.

We found Summer In Italy on the internet found website very helpful. We decided to book with you because we liked the outlay of Casa Magda.

Travel tips

  • You need a vehicle to get around. Buses run outside of Casa Magda but not sure where they go. Owner should be able to tell you of their destination.
  • If you need to know anything just ask the owner Luigi who was very helpful especially about day trips.
  • You must go along the Amalfi Coast what a trip.
  • Be careful of traffic when walking out of security gate.

April 2010 - Really enjoyed our time here. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to help us. Unfortunately we were unable to take him up on all his offers as we didn't have time!

Travel tips

  • Parking can be a problem, especially when you have a van! There are a number of pedestrian entries that are used to bring mopeds into the houses, so make sure they are clear if you do not want to be woken up!!!

Travel tips

  • Capri was expensive and not worth money. Ravello, Amalfi, Sorrento and coast beautiful.
  • Station was close and trains are cheap and regular, would use them much more, including Pompeii, Naples, Amalfi coast.
  • Some restaurant prices are dear, particularly by harbour in Sorrento. Others are cheap and good.
  • Overall lovely area and people.
