Great location in the dunes

July 2025 - Great location in the dunes! Close to the beach and supermarket/restaurants, but far enough from everything to completely relax!

Wonderful vacation and accommodating host

We will definitely come back, as the vacation was a wonderful break for us and we lacked nothing.

A beautiful stay in Italy

June 2025 - Words cannot do justice to this piece of heaven. The aroma of blooming nature, the birds, the delightful breeze, the colours absolutely overtake the senses.

Walking around the property and the countryside is enough for a memorable and relaxing stay. I came with my toddler daughter and we explored every inch, every ant, every butterfly was a tiny adventure.

The pool served us well for hot days, the outdoor table was our space for taking al fresco meals and making art. Francesco [the owner] and his family provided us with the perfect balance of privacy and warm hospitality. He was always there to assist with pleasure and takes great pride in being a supreme host.

The nearby town is charming and offers all the delights, amenities and views to satisfy the touristic itch but we mostly lived like Italians for our ten day séjour.

Senigallia beach is a mere 15 min drive and has a long stretch of shallow seashore for young families to enjoy. Among all the beaches visited this one was a favourite!
