Fantastic
August 2013 - Casa Cristallo is a nice villa, the kitchen could be restocked with some more items so its easier to cook.
You guys were great. Will use you again next summer if we head that way.
Travel tips
- Be ready to walk, not a fault of Casa Cristallo, but it's necessary even to get simple items.

Good
June 2013 - Enjoyed the location and view. A comfortable villa although the bedroom configuration was unusual.
Very happy with Summer In Italy. Very responsive to any questions or assistance we required. Would happily use you again.
Travel tips
- Everything to enjoy about Positano is close by. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Fantastic
June 2013 - Casa Cristallo is lovely, with two large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. There is also a tiny loft with a twin bed above the kitchen (perfect for naps).
The location is wonderful, on the quiet side of Positano with a spectacular view of the sea from the covered terrace. There is no living room, so we spent our together time on the terrace, which was just fine. The kitchen is very functional, with a dishwasher and decent dishes/pans/utensils. We cooked a good number of meals at the apartment, shopping at the local butcher, baker, grocer for our provisions. Much cheaper than restaurants!
I highly recommend this spot for a vacation.
Travel tips
- The prices of everything go up as you go down the hill toward the beach! Our dinner at Il Fornillo was very nice and less expensive than the restaurant at the bottom of the hill.
- We took the boat over to Capri and enjoyed the visit very much. Ana Capri is nicer and quieter than Capri town. Don't bother with a taxi, take the funicular and the bus. It's much cheaper and just as efficient.
- After the quiet of Positano, Sorrento was unpleasantly noisy and touristy.

Excellent
May 2012 - We loved our stay at Casa Cristallo.
Mrs. Teresa [the owner] was a lovely lady who made us feel very comfortable and provided us with some great information and recommendations.
The apartment was spotless, roomy and bright.
Great location. I would definitely recommend this to others.
Casa Cristallo was perfect for our family. It was clean, bright and big enough for the five of us. We loved our stay and we loved the friendly service we received from Mrs. Teresa and her family. Thank you!
Travel tips
- The apartment is a bit of walk from the beach which we thought was going to be a problem, however, if you take the road (don't recommend the stairs) and take your time sightseeing and shopping along the way, it actually isn't as far as it looks.
- Il Fornillo's restaurant is amazing. Best meal we had in all of Italy and it is an easy walk from Casa Cristallo.

Excellent
April 2012 - We loved our stay in this charming home. It was quiet and had everything we needed.
It was over 400 stairs from the beach to this home, which sits half way up the hill. If you plan on going to the beach a lot, you must be in great shape to do all the stairs. We are in our late 40s and did not mind the walk.
Teresa, the older lady who lets you in the home, is a delight.
Travel tips
- We loved the Internet cafe on the beach. We would start our days there and check our emails and have a coffee and pastry.
