Perfect place to stay for a holiday on the Amalfi Coast

June 2023 - Such a perfect place to stay for a holiday on the Amalfi Coast. Away from the hustle and bustle of Positano, with stunning water views, clean and presentable.

Summer In Italy was amazingly helpful and responsive.

Spectacular location, superb panoramic view

May 2023 - Casa Capinera was a spectacular location. It was perfectly placed for excellent restaurants, convenience stores, bars and coffee shops. The walk down to the beach was a daily pleasure with easy access to water excursions and water taxis.

The apartment was light and airy with beautiful views and a large terrace with superb panoramic view. The inside of the apartment would probably benefit from some updating and a power shower in the en-suite. Also, the outside chairs require new seat covers. Overall it suited us perfectly and we loved it.

Maria met us and was delightful. The service from Amalfi Car Limousine Services was faultless. Matteo was wonderful and helped make our stay memorable.

As for Summer In Italy, my queries were always responded to promptly and efficiently. Can’t find any faults!

May 2023 - Loved it! Our view was gorgeous and be prepared to get in your steps. Our place was 68 steps down.

Praiano is a small quaint town between Positano and Amalfi. There are various local buses, one is an intra Praiano that takes you anywhere for 1 euro. To get to Positano it was 1.30 euro.

A pleasant experience with Summer In Italy, from booking in January 2023 to our trip in April/May. Great information and great people.

September 2019 - Our stay at Casa Capinera was awesome. Both bedrooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The best part of the unit is the very large terrace with excellent views.

We were so happy we elected to stay in the quaint village of Praiano - it was centrally located for day trips to the much busier/touristy Positano and the amazing trip to Ravello (with a little bit of time in the town of Amalfi too).

We arrived later than expected but Maria was gracious enough to meet us at the designated location to provide us with the keys, walk us through our apartment, answer all our questions, and recommend nearby restaurants and markets. Keep up the good work!

I learned about Summer In Italy through a friend of a friend and I'm so happy we booked our villa in Praiano through you. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend using "Summer In Italy" for anyone planning a trip to Italy's breathtaking Amalfi Coast. Luca was immediately responsive to all my email inquiries and provided great advice about transportation around the Amalfi Coast and back and forth to Rome.

Perfect for our stay

June 2019 - Casa Capinera was perfect for our stay. We were there for a week with another couple and its location was brilliant - close to everything - the sea, great restaurants and a great market with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

September 2017 - We really enjoyed Casa Capinera.

It was quite clean and appeared to have been recently painted. It's somewhat removed from nightlife, town, beach area etc. but we still enjoyed our week there tremendously.

Summer In Italy were the best when it came to response time and information. I would definitely use you in the future and would recommend you to my friends.

September 2017 - Casa Capinera was very well organized and extremely clean. The apartment is simple, no frills but offered everything needed.

My husband thought the bed was too hard. There were no shades in the bedrooms, so the sun gets you up early.

The owner is a very nice lady, welcoming and helpful. Good value for money.

All is great with Summer In Italy, very good follow up and service. Great team.

Amazing view of the ocean, air conditioner cools place down when needed.

Rene [the owner] did a great job explaining how to get around in Amalfi Coast.

I would want to stay here again and bring more family.

May 2017 - Casa Capinera is a lovely villa with everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation!!!

The villa is spacious and so bright and airy!!! The terrace is where we spent most of our time... enjoying the breath taking views!!!

Summer in Italy was very informative and very helpful!!! Their sense of urgency is fantastic... emails answered immediately!!! When we booked Casa Capinera on Internet we received an email from Summer in Italy and than continued the correspondence!!! Luca is wonderful and so eager to ensure our trip was a success!!! October 2016 - Casa Capinera is a great apartment with a fantastic view.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that ere clean and functional.

Praiano is centrally located, which made side trips to Amalfi and Positano quick and easy, either by car or public transportation.

Summer In Italy was great to work with. They responded quickly to our inquiries and provided all the details required.

September 2016 - We enjoyed Casa Capinera so much... often when you view information and photos the reality fails to match up - in this case the villa was even better than we'd expected. For the three of us, it represented great value too.

We felt instantly at home and very much 'in Italy' (rather than staying in some formulaic hotel room that would have been the same the world over).

The team at 'Summer in Italy' could not have been more helpful or easy to deal with... Thank you for making our first trip to Italy so memorable!
