Very much enjoyed our stay
September 2016 - We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Argo F. The landscaping and views around the property were beautiful and we enjoyed long walks and runs along the winding roads. The home was very clean when we arrived, and was the perfect size for our group of 3 couples quirk 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We used the outside dining space on the terrace every evening for dinner and some other meals. The swimming pool just down the hill from our apartment was maintained quite well and was a nice feature.
Summer In Italy was available during our stay. At one point, one of our party needed to see a doctor, and Valeria was quick to find someone who spoke English and made house calls. He came within a few hours of our request and was great! You are doing a wonderful job! Continue to do what you are doing. You guys were great!
Travel tips
- The location was perfect for visiting Siena, Lucca, Montepulciano, Volterra, and many other medieval towns in Tuscany.
- During our visit, the only thing stocked in the apartment when we arrived was toilet paper. There were no paper towels, kitchen soap, bathroom toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or basic spices such as salt/pepper/sugar. We like to cook, and found that we had to purchase absolutely everything. It is good to be prepared for this. I would suggest a basic starter kit of spices and toiletries.
