December 2011 - We had a wonderful time at the villa. When there was a problem with the hot water it was repaired immediately and we found Mrs Paola [the owner] most friendly and helpful.

The villa was warm, efficient air conditioning and plenty of firewood was provided, which was very important for us as we are not from a cold climate. It is well appointed with everything needed for a holiday.

Travel tips

  • Restaurant Maggiolata is excellent with amazing food and such friendly owners, we had a fun time there!!!
  • We attended a carol evening in the local church with carols sung by the church choir. For anyone visiting over Christmas this is a lovely time to join in with the local residents. We especially enjoyed our time because it was not the tourist season.
