Travel tips

  • Boating is located right across the street to take to different locations on the Amalfi Coast.
  • There’s a laundromat, bakery, deli, etc. All in walking distance from the apartment.

October 2019 - We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The location is excellent but it is on a busy street, therefore, there's some street noise when you have the balcony doors open.

Terrace was amazing!

April 2019 - Clean, bright and airy. Large rooms with French doors in each. Terrace was amazing!

Vietri was a lovely town to explore: good food, good shopping and friendly people. Definitely recommend.

Very good apartment

May 2018 - Appartamento Mariuccia A is a very good apartment. Lovely building in great location (we were slightly off season so no crowds). Views from the living room and terrace are beautiful. Rooms are a great size with lovely high ceilings. With the French doors open, the internal spaces and the balcony and terrace merge into one.

Patrizia [the caretaker] was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Everything worked very smoothly with Summer In Italy, thank you very much.

Travel tips

  • The very local shops are more than fine for a few basics.
  • The kitchen is really only suitable for breakfasts or light meals.
  • There are plenty of close reasonably priced restaurants.
  • The walk up the hill to the main village may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm but the stop of the local bus is only 20 meters away.
  • Do take the ferry along the coast to visit the Amalfi Coast villages.
  • Do visit Salerno, it had more to offer than we anticipated.
