Clean and comfortable

November 2023 - The place is very nice, comfortable and pleasant. The host was available with schedules and more, meeting our requests. The house is clean and you have everything as described.

Travel tips

  • We stayed two nights between October and November and being a country house we had to take advantage of the heating. We consumed a total of 14 units at 4 euro (as indicated before booking) for a total of 56 euro for 2 days. A cost to consider if you book in the cold period and prolong the stay a lot.

April 2023 - Appartamento Clarabella A was clean, tidy and comfortable when we arrived and the owner, Ilaria, was very welcoming and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a lovely property in such a beautiful part of the country. The location is excellent for reaching many towns and interesting places, and the train station nearby is very handy.

The service we received was excellent and extremely helpful.

Travel tips

  • Restaurant La Perla in the town is excellent and the staff there are fantastic.
  • The local travel agent is the place to get train tickets and advice about the local area. Angela there speaks very good English and is extremely helpful.
  • Take the time to visit the town of Serravalle Pistoiese nearby. Also Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci and Pistoia.
  • There is an excellent supermarket in Pistoia.
