Villino Aracea A is a graceful cottage surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps four people. From Villino Aracea A you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villino Aracea A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of San Carlo, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will reach Villino Aracea A from the parking area going down a 100-meters (330-feet) route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 14 stairway steps.

To stay at Villino Aracea A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villino Aracea A is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by fruit trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
