Villa Virtuosa is a pleasant and spacious two-story age-old farm house situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Virtuosa you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding vineyards and of the greenery. Villa Virtuosa is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Suvereto, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will reach Villa Virtuosa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Virtuosa you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Virtuosa is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.
Villa Virtuosa is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the bottom floor.
You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Virtuosa along a short private walkway that cuts through the garden. The swimming pool has a circular shape, has a diameter of 10 meters (33 feet) and is deep 1.3 meters (4.3 feet). The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the garden and of the greenery.
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by cypresses. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun lounger and a gazebo. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the surrounding vineyards and of the greenery. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the gardener.
You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are classic, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room two additional single trundle beds are available (if requested in advance) to make it a double room. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate six guests. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace made of bricks. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the game room from the corridor. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table. From the game room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. It has two windows with a view of the greenery.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the greenery.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the dining room.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a double bed (145 cm/57 inches). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
