Villa Verna, Massa Lubrense

Villa Verna is a graceful apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Verna you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. Villa Verna is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).

Villa Verna is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a stairway which consists of approximately 56 steps.

To stay at Villa Verna you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. The pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of October.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the coast.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a marvelous view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
