Villa Tuia is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Tuia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Tuia is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the medieval hamlet of Casa del Conte, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Tuia without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Tuia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Tuia is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

The patio is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant awning. It is equipped with masonry benches and with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a characteristic porch. The garden is equipped with two small sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas, three armchairs and a desk. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room has three large panoramic windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a large window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through a corridor.
