Villa Talisia is an elegant and welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Talisia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. Villa Talisia is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Civitanova Marche, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards) and the beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Talisia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Talisia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down approximately ten stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

The patio is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with elegant terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find an upright piano. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has two windows. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
