Villa Solidea A is a cozy two-story apartment that is part of a villa immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles).

Villa Solidea A is located on the ground floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it walking past a main entrance gate and going down approximately ten stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Solidea A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge or for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a small masonry sofa and a masonry bench and with tables and chairs. The patio, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.

The garden is 700 square meters (7500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and hammocks. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea. You will share the garden with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment.

The furnishings of the living room are comfortable. The furnishings include a L-shaped sofa. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the garden. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the second garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
