Villa Sirenea is a splendid and luminous three-story villa located right on the beach. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Sirenea you will enjoy a wonderful view over the Bay of Naples, of Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. Villa Sirenea is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a limited traffic zone roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Vico Equense, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards), the stop for the EAV bus Vico Equense - Seiano line at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Il Pezzolo beach) at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).
You will reach Villa Sirenea from the beach going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps (an alternative longer walkway is available). As the apartment is overlooking a beach club some holiday buzz can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sirenea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to five cars.
Villa Sirenea is tended by two caretakers.
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view over the Bay of Naples, of Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
The chef service is available from 7 am to 9 pm. The chef is at your disposal for breakfast, for one main meal (either lunch or dinner), and of course for the grocery shopping to prepare your meals (please note that the cost of groceries is not included). It is possible to arrange, upon request and for an additional fee, snacks to be enjoyed when the chef is out of service. Please note that the use of the kitchen is not allowed without the chef.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the first terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer (please note you will be able to get to the shower going down three steps).
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the first terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the third terrace through an external access, climbing four steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The room also has two Juliet balconies, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. Please note that the bathtub and the shower are located in the bedroom.
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the third terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.
