Villa Savanna is a bright villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps eight people. It is approximately 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Alliste, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Torre di Sinfonò beach) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards).
To stay at Villa Savanna you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Villa Savanna sits on a 17500 square meters (188000 square feet) fenced-in property, it features a sauna and a private tennis court. Available on site free bikes and a dog house for your four-legged friends! A stay here is an excellent option for groups or families who enjoy outdoor actives and require a little bit of extra space to really stretch out and relax.
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by imposing palms. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
The living room is paved with marble. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
