Villa Roseto, Siracusa

Villa Roseto is a welcoming villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps six people. From Villa Roseto you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Roseto is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, two private patios, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 18 km (11.2 miles) from Siracusa, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles) and the closest beach (Fontane Bianche beach) at 17 km (roughly 10.5 miles). You will reach Villa Roseto from the parking area going up approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Roseto you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Roseto is along a narrow road.

You will reach the swimming pool from the first patio going down approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) to 1.75 meters (5.7 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, two sun umbrellas, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the swimming pool.

The first patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the garden.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool.

The furnishings of the living room are simple. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room also has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
