Villa Rodeia is an elegant and welcoming three-story independent house situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Rodeia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Rodeia is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Trecastagni, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Aci Trezza beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles). You will reach Villa Rodeia walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Rodeia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. If necessary, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas. In the living room you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer and a fitness bench. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include two sofas. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the garden, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
