Villa Plutone, Marina di Mancaversa

Villa Plutone is a cozy and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Plutone you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Plutone is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards) and the closest beach (Marina di Mancaversa beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles). You will reach Villa Plutone from the parking area going up approximately five stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Plutone you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 11 meters (36 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wickerwork sofas and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the garden.

The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the swimming pool.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
