Villa Otone is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Otone you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. Villa Otone is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Marina San Gregorio, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet). You will reach Villa Otone from the parking area going up two flights of stairs (approximately 35 steps).

To stay at Villa Otone you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Otone is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment that is part of the villa.

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down approximately 30 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. This area is also equipped with armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea. The terrace is crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.

The living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are simple. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a folding door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a folding door. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the third bedroom. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a folding door. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an external access, climbing 16 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
