Villa Orione is a charming and bright two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Orione you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the tourist port and of the island of Capri. Villa Orione is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Orione from the parking area along a route that includes approximately 50 stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Orione we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. If necessary, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) . Please note that access to Villa Orione is along a 300-meters (980 feets) narrow downhill road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a public concrete platform. You will reach it from the villa going down a route that includes approximately 150 stairway steps.

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 60 steps. The above-ground pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open all year round.

The first terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the island of Capri.

You will reach the terrace from the first terrace going down approximately 15 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a grand piano. There is a fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with majolica tiles. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

The third terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the bedrooms. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from a corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The third bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from a corridor through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
