Villa Moena is a welcoming two-story apartment situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Moena you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Moena is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Gallipoli, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).

Villa Moena is located on the mezzanine floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately nine stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Moena we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a partial view of the beach and of the sea.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery and of the other buildings.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the second and the third bedroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom along a spiral staircase, going down 13 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first bedroom.
