Villa Mirca B, Santa Maria di Castellabate

Villa Mirca B is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. Villa Mirca B is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately five stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Mirca B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The patio is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a sofa and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
