There is an impressive fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The first bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.

The second terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two masonry benches, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the valley and of the greenery.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and one electric burner, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
